HIITSTEP was created by former Commonwealth Games athlete and Performance Psychologist Dave Readle.
Dave was delivering spin classes at his local gym when he was asked to deliver a HIIT class. Unfortunately, due to injuries he had sustained during his sporting career, including a torn pec and reconstructive hand surgery, Dave chose to grab a step in order for him to perform the exercises. Soon thereafter, class members followed suit and started using a step during Dave’s HIIT class.
Workouts were developed by Dave and other members of Team GB and mixed with high energy music, HIITSTEP was created.
